Job Description

The Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Geelong invites applications for an assessment and transition coordinator. You will help people in custody prepare for life after prison, assess risks, support parole applications and coordinate transition services.

You will coordinate risk and needs assessments, parole processes and pre-release services, work with prisoners, staff and service providers, and maintain transparent records to support programs and parole applications.
