The Portarlington Golf Club is the largest hospitality venue on the Bellarine Peninsula. Our Club is situated approximately 40km from Geelong.

We requireaBistro Supervisorto join our leadership team in supporting our enthusiastic staff in a busy club environment. Ideally the successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, be highly motivated,have a bubbly personality and hasfirst class communication skills.

The successful applicant must have:

- Relevant experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry
n
- Have anenergetic and motivated personality, along with the ability to multi-task & be highly organised and efficient
n
- Possess the ability to work under pressure in a busy, quick-paced environment
n
- Have an extremely high level of care with regards to customer service
n
- Displaya clear understanding of table booking systems
n
- Operate with a keen eye for detail
n
- Be able to take control and delegate responsibility
n
- Be able to work flexible working hours including shift work, weekends and public holidays
