About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered clinical care, conducting complex health assessments and implementing robust care interventions.

Multidisciplinary Liaison: Act as the primary clinical point of contact, seamlessly collaborating with General Practitioners, consultant pharmacists, allied health specialists, and families.

n

Team Mentorship: Supervise, support,



and mentor personal care assistants to foster a culture of safety and accountability.

n

Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with legislation, supporting the facility through audit cycles and accreditation requirements.
