CMBM Facility Services – Eight Mile Plains QLD is seeking a People & Culture Officer on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover, part‑time 25 hours per week (ideally 5 days, ~5 hours daily). Based in Eight Mile Plains, you will lead end-to-end recruitment and provide HR support across a busy P&C; team.
The role requires coordination of multiple vacancies, candidate screening, reference checks, and onboarding. Some extra hours may be available during staff leave coverage.
