They are on the lookout for an all-rounder with a strong eye for design and strong Revit documentation experience and contract admin experienceacross Multi-res / Mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities:

Work on various projects of scale and typologies across all stages

Contribute to projects from concept to completion

Prepare highly detailedRevit documentation

Lead projects autonomously across their lifecycle





Collaborate with Director and broader team through design process

Liaise withclients and consultants using your exceptional communication skills

Ensure outstanding project outcomes and deliverables, whilst being able to lead a small team

Skills & Experience:

Approximately 7+years' post-graduate experience

Revit proficiency is a must!

Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketchup will be highly regarded

Experience across a mixture of sectors including multi-res, single-res and commercial

Knowledge of building construction and specifications (desirable)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy

Take ownership and run projects autonomously
