Are you a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a passion for the skin? We're seeking a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our specialist dermatology practice and make a positive impact on our patients' lives.

The successful candidate would play a crucial role in providing expert care and guidance to patients seeking dermatological solutions. Training will be provided to enable any candidate to meet the requirements of the role.

Responsibilities of the position include:

n

n
- Assisting dermatologist in surgical and non-surgical procedure
n
- Providing secure, ethical and comprehensive nursing care: prior to, during & post treatment
n
- Deliver dermatological treatments- such as phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, patch testing & potentially training for aesthetic treatments (including laser)
n
- Be able to work 3 to 5 days a week

Current AHPRA registration

n

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & the ability to work as a member of a team

Desirable criteria but not essential:

n

n
- The desire to pursue a career in dermatological nursing
n
- Surgical assisting experience
n
- Aesthetic experience, including the use of IPL/laser
n
- Laser safety licence
n
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology
n
- Experience working in the private practice setting
n

n

Remuneration is commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications & level of dermatology experience.
