South West Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join the Hospital Outreach Post‑Suicidal Engagement (HOPE) Team. You will work with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team to support individuals in acute distress or recovering from a suicide attempt.

You will deliver recovery‑focused, person‑centred care over a structured three‑month engagement, collaborating to tailor care to each person's needs and progress.
