Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a role to provide cultural and practical support for Aboriginal prisoners, helping identify strengths and goals for returning to a non-offending lifestyle. The position also delivers cultural and wellbeing support addressing pre- and post-release needs, and assists access to programs and entitlements for reintegration into the community.

Additionally, the role includes milestone payments of $4,000 after six months and a further
