About the Role:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership to support the client's growth, profitability, and long-term financial sustainability. The role will oversee financial planning, reporting, governance, and commercial performance, ensuring effective financial management across the business.

Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the CFO will drive financial strategy, optimise capital allocation, manage risk, and support business expansion within the data centre and mission-critical infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and long-term profitability.
- Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
- Commercial & Project Finance: Monitor project financial performance, margins, costs, and cash flow across data centre development and delivery activities.
- Capital & Investment Management: Lead capital planning,



funding strategies, investment analysis, and financial modelling to support business growth.
- Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, tax obligations, and internal controls.
- Business Performance: Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, optimise costs, and strengthen operational performance.
- Executive & Board Reporting: Provide timely financial insights, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to the CEO, executive team, and Board.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance function, establishing effective processes, systems, and financial controls.

About You:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline; CA or CPA qualification preferred.
- Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within data centres, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or property development.
- Solid expertise in financial planning, commercial finance, cash flow management, and investment analysis.
- Experience managing project-based financial operations, including budgets, margins, contracts, and cost control.
- Demonstrated capability in financial governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business decisions.
- Experience supporting business growth, capital investment, and organisational transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
