Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Groundsperson / Site Cleaner to join our team working with QMAG at Parkhurst.

This is a hands-on role combining grounds maintenance with general site cleaning and would suit someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining a clean, secure and well-presented workplace.

About the Role

Duties will include:

- Mowing lawns and maintaining grassed areas
- Whipper snipping and edging
- General garden and grounds maintenance
- Maintaining outdoor areas around the site
- Cleaning site offices
- Cleaning amenities and common areas
- General site cleaning duties
- Assisting with other grounds and cleaning tasks as required
- Maintaining a protected and tidy work environment

We are looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and punctual
- Has a strong work ethic
- Is comfortable undertaking physical and outdoor work
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in maintaining clean and tidy work areas
- Has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Is willing to undertake a variety of cleaning and grounds maintenance duties

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping,



industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning would be highly regarded.
