We’re now welcoming applications for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our supportive, purpose‑driven team in Melbourne on a permanent, full-time basis.





We are looking for experienced claims professionals with strong and up to date Case Management knowledge and personal experiences: technical, process, policy and procedure.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver the induction program for new Victorian staff, providing hands-on guidance in claims management processes, policies and procedures.
- Help new starters build the skills and confidence to apply their learning on the job, with support from a Learning Support Coach.
- Facilitate engaging intermediate-level workshops on a range of topics for experienced Case Managers.
- Test new learning experiences, activities and case studies, and provide feedback to Instructional Designers.

What We’re Looking For

- You must have either workers’ compensation experience with exposure to coaching, mentoring or capability development, OR Learning & Development experience at another workers’ compensation agent.
- Excellent soft/people skills and the ability to teach these EML claims context: e.g. communication, strategy, coaching
- Organised and flexible, able to pick up new information and content, learn it and deliver it as designed




- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging learning solutions across formal and informal learning environments.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to build capability and support the development of others.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
- Internal applicants: To be eligible for this role, you must have achieved EML Grow Immediate level in full and be actively working towards Advanced level.
