An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Recruiter to join a fast-paced ASX listed mining organisation during a significant period of recruitment activity.

Working within alongside two other recruiters, you will support a substantial recruitment pipeline predominantly across blue-collar and operational underground mining positions.

This is a hands-on opportunity suited to an experienced recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment, understands the mining sector and can confidently hit the ground running.

About You

- Previous experience managing high-volume blue-collar recruitment
- Strong exposure to underground mining recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large and fast-moving portfolio of vacancies
- Strong sourcing capability and knowledge of the WA mining talent market
- Confidence working autonomously with the ability to hit the ground running
- Strong stakeholder management,



organisation and prioritisation skills
- A practical, proactive and adaptable approach to recruitment
