Part of Montefiore, a premier aged care provider, The Burger Centre is a leading community program supporting people aged 65+, including those living with dementia, to stay active, connected, and independent. With purpose-built centres in Randwick and Hunters Hill, we provide enriching activities, social engagement, and person-centred care in a warm, inclusive workplace guided by Jewish values. Our dedicated team empowers older adults from diverse backgrounds to enhance their wellbeing and continue living independently at home for longer.

We are looking to appoint an Executive Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the service. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and client-centred services that meet organisational standards and objectives. You will drive the implementation of the service’s strategic plan, lead operational planning processes, and work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders.

To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate the following:





- Demonstrable operational management experience including in the management of resources, budgets and service delivery
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience in operational planning, quality assurance and compliance
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with a variety of community and agency stakeholders to achieve strategic planning objectives
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong problem -solving and conflict resolution skills

Desirable Criteria:

- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Allied Health or Nursing
- Previous experience working within an aged care/health or social services setting
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Understanding of Jewish values, heritage and culture
