With stores located in major shopping centres, GSB provides a safe, secure, and convenient space for customers to sell their unwanted gold and silver (jewellery, bullion, etc.) and, in certain locations, for customers to also buy gold and silver bullion.

As a growing national company, we have immediate start opportunities available at our stores in Chadstone, Glen Waverley and Box Hill and are looking for the right person who is seeking the opportunity to build a meaningful career within a specialised industry.

As part of the GSB team, your role will;

- Support customers in selling their gold and silver to GSB (jewellery, bullion, etc.) - and in certain locations to support them in buying bullion.
- Provide informed, confident guidance based on market knowledge
- Focus on marketing and promoting the business
- Handle transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every customer
- Uphold the GSB values and culture in every interaction

Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields is highly regarded.
