About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in luxury jewellery or premium retail (1–2 years preferred).
- Confident, personable and an excellent communicator.
- Sales-driven with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
- A cooperative team player with a passion for jewellery and styling.
About The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll create memorable customer experiences while delivering personalised consultations and achieving sales goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships through personalised consultations.
- Recommend jewellery based on customer needs, style and preferences.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism and passion.
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver an outstanding store experience.
