Our client is seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to join their busy transport team based in Orchard Hills. This is an ongoing Monday to Friday opportunity offering stable hours and an immediate start.

What's on offer:

Monday to Friday

7:00am - 3:00pm

9:00am-5:00pm

$39.44 per hour

Ongoing opportunity with a reputable company

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating daily fleet movements and transport schedules

Booking deliveries and collections

Liaising with drivers, customers and internal teams

Monitoring transport operations to ensure on-time performance

Updating transport systems and maintaining accurate records

Completing general transport administration duties

To be successful, you will have:

Previous experience as a Fleet Controller, Transport Allocator or similar

Essential: Experience with transport bookings

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Solid computer skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced transport environment

A current National Police Check or the ability to obtain one
