TLC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse In Charge for a part time parental leave cover at our Melbourne-area residential aged care facility. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day nursing care for residents, ensuring high standards and person-centred approaches. The role requires night shifts Friday to Monday, 22:00–07:30, with availability to work these shifts. AHPRA registration and aged care experience are essential.
