Your Role as Supervisor As our Part-Time Supervisor, you'll be a key support to the store leadership team.
You'll be hands‑on leading the team through busy service periods, making sure every customer interaction reflects the quality and experience Koko Black is known for.
You'll:
Deliver warm, engaging and memorable customer experiences
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and bar presentation
Support day‑to‑day floor operations and step into a leadership role when required
Help create a positive, energetic and collaborative team environment
About You We're looking for someone who:
Thrives in the pace and energy of a busy service environment
Is passionate about quality, presentation and creating exceptional customer experiences
Is proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership during a shift
Is available to work across a flexible roster, including weekends and peak trading periods
