THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manufacturing Team Member to join our team based in Yatala.

Working as part of our manufacturing operation, you'll help produce high-quality EPS products used across the construction and building industry. This is a hands‑on role where you'll operate equipment, ensure product quality and contribute to the protected and efficient running of our site.

Whether you're already working in manufacturing or looking to build a long‑term career in the industry, we'll provide training and support to help you succeed.

This is a full‑time day shift role, working 5:00am - 1:06pm Monday - Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating EPS block moulding machinery and associated equipment

Following production specifications and machine settings

Monitoring product quality and manufacturing standards

Performing general housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area

Assisting with continuous improvement and production activities

Participating in equipment and skills training

Working collaboratively with team members across the site

Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You'll bring:

Physical fitness and capability to undertake a manual role

Forklift licence

A commitment to workplace safety

Reliable attendance and punctuality





The ability to work effectively within a team environment

A willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Manufacturing or machine operation experience

Experience working in production or industrial environments
