The Trade Coast Hotel is looking for a Full time permanent chef at Sous Chef level. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong technical skill set and a passion for delivering modern food in a casual dining setting.

Key responsibilities

Maintain high and consistent standards

Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and experience across a range of cooking techniques and styles

Ensure sound understanding of food safety standards and OH&S;

About you

Trade qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)

Minimum 1-3 years' relevant experience

Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards

Flexible availability across a 7-day/night roster
