Full Time Role with Market Leading Tank Manufacturer
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our highly driven team in Yatala
The Role We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our team based at Yatala, QLD.
Reporting to the Installations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Scheduling tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled
Rescheduling of installations when required
Updating installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferred
Invoicing the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install
Liaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations
Coordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery
Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations
Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
About You:
Experience in customer service and communication
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365
