About the Opportunity We are seeking the industry’s best Sommeliers to join our team on a casual basis and deliver a best‑in‑class wine experience. This is a hands‑on role focused on exceptional service, suited to those with an unwavering passion and appreciation for wine.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside - and be mentored by - some of the industry’s most respected professionals, including Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose.

Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant

Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine

Passion for wine and the industry

Exceptional service skills

Excellent communication and organisation





Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations

Adaptable, adaptable and able to work in a high pressure environment

Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol

WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous

Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Must have full Australian work rights
