Job Description

Work as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Deceased Estates business processes. Assess the impact of UNITE transformation initiatives on business operations. Gather and document business requirements. Work closely with Agile delivery teams and business stakeholders. Perform impact assessments and process analysis. Support process design and SOP updates. Coordinate UAT and BPIV activities. Support business readiness, training, and communication. Assist with change management activities. Conduct workshops and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders.
