EasyA is partnering with Dynamic Bradview Roofing to recruit a trade-qualified Roof Plumber with metal roofing experience, ready to step into an Area Supervisor role, leading projects and teams across multiple sites.

About the Role As the Area Manager / Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day roofing operations across the Growth Corridor (Western and South Western Sydney).



You will lead the delivery team, coordinate schedules, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support roofing crews across multiple project sites

Conduct WHS checks, risk assessments, and site audits

Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

Provide technical guidance and problem-solving for onsite issues
