About The Role The Customer Service Tree Inspector will action customer service requests relating to City of Ballarat trees that present a risk to community, private infrastructure or council assets. This will involve detailed tree assessment, defect identification, reporting and job creation as well as responding in a professional and timely manner to community tree requests.

About You The successful candidate will have:

A current Victorian driver’s license

well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with our residents

The ability to work with other Operational teams and provide condition and defect inspections for tree related issues

Relevant arboriculture certification and in field experience

Technical knowledge of asset management systems and data registers
