Ardent People is currently partnering with a leading residential aged care provider to appoint an experienced Clinical Quality Assurance Manager. This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadershiprole with real influence, combining hands‑on clinical review with quality, governance, risk and continuous improvement across multiple aged care homes.

About you You are an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys operating beyond the day‑to‑day and has the clinical credibility and leadership capability to influence practice at a broader organisational level.

You will bring:

Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration

proven clinical quality governance experience in residential aged care

Solid knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act 2024

Experience with regulatory assessments, audits and compliance

Multi‑site clinical governance or quality experience

Strong skills in clinical risk, incident and complaints management

Experience using data and quality systems to identify trends and drive improvement

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills

Quality auditing experience and additional specialist nursing qualifications will be highly regarded.
