We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance & Repairs Tradesperson for an immediate start to carry out a wide range of general maintenance, repair and minor construction works across residential properties. This role suits someone hands-on, self-motivated, and proud of delivering quality workmanship and great customer service. Key responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair works, including carpentry, minor plumbing and minor electrical tasks (within licence limits) Install, repair and replace fixtures and fittings (doors, locks, windows, cabinetry, shelving, etc.) Patch, repair and paint walls, ceilings and other surfaces Carry out basic tiling, grouting and waterproofing repairs Diagnose issues and recommend practical repair solutions Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite Communicate clearly with clients regarding work required, progress and completion Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian standards,



building codes and WHS requirements Complete job documentation, photos and reports as required About you Proven experience with maintenance & repair jobs, and handyperson works in a similar role Strong all-round trade skills, particularly in carpentry and painting Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to use hand and power tools safely and competently Current Australian Driver's Licence Own basic hand tools/toolbox Own trade vehicle Steady full-time with a variety of jobs Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term employment and growth
