Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate Room Leader to lead a team of educators at our Woodcroft Cobblestone service. You will deliver high-quality, inclusive education and care, inspire colleagues, and ensure every child feels protected, supported and eager to learn. This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6 pm, with a rotating roster. You will apply EYLF, maintain child safety, collaborate with families, and uphold our service philosophy and regulatory standards
