You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a high level of service across our network. Key responsibilities include:

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Booking and coordinating waste services Resolving issues calmly and professionally Working closely with operations, drivers and internal teams Maintaining accurate records and systems About You

This role is ideal for someone who: Has proven customer service experience (call centre, logistics, admin or similar)



Has a minimum of 1 year customer service experience Communicates clearly and confidently Is organised, reliable and solutions-focused Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based workplace Is looking for stability, growth and a long-term role Holds valid Australian work rights What We Offer
