Key Responsibilities

Produce

baked goods, food and prepared products

to approved recipes and quality standards.

Maintain

consistent quality, presentation, portioning and production levels .

Complete all required

food safety, temperature, production and cleaning checklists .

Maintain a

clean, organised, safe and compliant

kitchen/bakery.

Monitor

stock, wastage, quality and expiry dates , escalating issues promptly.

Correctly operate, clean and maintain

ovens, mixers, refrigeration and kitchen equipment .

Follow all

SOPs, policies and food safety procedures .





Support the team, share knowledge and

lead by example .

About You

Certificate III in Baking, Commercial Cookery or relevant trade qualification/experience .

Commercial

bakery, kitchen or food production experience .

Strong understanding of

food safety, hygiene, allergens, temperature control, labelling and FIFO .

High attention to detail and pride in

quality and presentation .

Ability to perform in a

fast-paced, high-volume environment .

Reliable, punctual, accountable and able to

work independently .

Strong commitment to

food safety, cleanliness, compliance and workplace standards .
