About the opportunity

This role involves servicing, maintaining and supporting printers, photocopiers and production devices across our customer base. You'll work both in office at customer locations and remotely through our Remote Support Help Desk, diagnosing technical issues, delivering timely solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. While we welcome applications from experienced printer and photocopier technicians, we're equally interested in hearing from people who have worked in other types of technical trades and are looking to develop a current specialty. We're looking for someone who: Has experience servicing, repairing, installing or maintaining mechanical equipment Is technically minded and enjoys troubleshooting problems Has strong customer service and communication skills Likes working independently while managing their own day Enjoys driving to customer locations throughout the region Is organised,



reliable and takes pride in delivering quality work Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning new technology Is willing to undertake ongoing training and professional development Experience That Would Be Highly Regarded
