This established fit-out contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $13M refurbishment and fit-out in Brisbane’s inner suburbs. The project involves converting a multi-storey office building into a high-spec recreation facility, with approximately seven months of construction. You’ll lead the site with two Supervisors underneath you, reporting into the Project Manager and taking ownership of day-to-day delivery.

Take ownership of day-to-day site delivery Lead two Supervisors and the wider subcontractor team Drive quality and programme across a high-spec fit-out Work closely with the Project Manager through to handover What You’ll Bring

Site Management experience across commercial fit-out and refurbishment Proven ability to run complex, high-spec projects
