What You’ll Do

Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store

Lead, coach, and performance manage the store team to build a strong and engaged culture

Assist with achieving sales targets, gross profit, and operational KPIs

Manage team rosters to balance customer service, team engagement, and commercial outcomes

Oversee stock processing, merchandising standards, and loss prevention practices

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Respond to customer escalations and feedback when required

Assume Store Manager responsibilities during periods of absence

Previous experience in retail leadership (Team Leader, Supervisor,



Assistant Manager or similar)

Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Experience managing rosters, store costs, and operational priorities

A confident, hands‑on leader who leads by example

Strong commercial awareness with a customer‑first mindset
