reliable, motivated and personable Assistant Property Manager

to join a beautifully presented office based around the

Armadale / South Yarra area .

You’ll be joining a close-knit Property Management team of seven, working alongside experienced Senior Property Managers and benefiting from the support of

Virtual Assistants and dedicated Leasing Consultants .

The Prospect This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career in property management while being supported by an experienced and approachable leadership team.

You’ll assist with the management of a

small, beautifully maintained portfolio of quality apartments and residential homes , predominantly located within the surrounding area, eventually taking on the portfolio yourself.

You’ll receive hands‑on training and guidance from Senior Property Managers while progressively taking on greater responsibility and developing your confidence across all aspects of property management.

Monday to Friday role with 1 in 3 Saturdays for inspections with TIL

$70,000 - $80,000 + super , depending on experience

About You We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about property management and wants to build a

strong and rewarding career within the industry .

You may currently be working as an Assistant Property Manager and be ready to take the next step, or you may be an experienced Property Manager looking for a fresh environment with better support, culture and work-life balance.

To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

Previous experience in property management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A reliable vehicle and driver’s licence

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to work well within a team

A genuine desire to learn, grow and progress within property management

A professional presentation and a customer‑focused approach
