We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Healthcare Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage appointments Answer phone calls, sending and receiving emails Co-ordinate patient scheduling and appointment reminders Ensure accurate patient record keeping and data entry Handle patient correspondence from external providers Provide excellent customer service to patients and families Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times Assist with billing and payment options Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and scanning Maintain stock levels and order office supplies as needed Responsible for weekly banking and reconciling end of day accounts Assist with sterilisation of instruments when required (full training provided) Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
