PROJECT MANAGER Full-time | Malaga, WA | Adaptable working hours Precision Pipe Technologies (PPT) is a growing Western Australian company specialising in drainage maintenance, high-pressure jetting, CCTV inspection, vacuum services and trenchless pipe rehabilitation. Following our continued growth and appointment to key government and utility panels, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, predominantly office-based position at our Malaga premises, with flexible working hours available. The role Working closely with our Operations Manager and field teams, you will coordinate projects from initial enquiry and estimating through to planning, delivery and completion. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing estimates, quotations and tender submissions Planning and scheduling labour, plant, materials and subcontractors Reviewing project scopes, drawings and specifications Coordinating works for Water Corporation, local government and commercial clients Monitoring project costs, progress and delivery requirements Supporting operational teams with project documentation and planning Conducting HSE and quality audits Preparing and reviewing project plans, SWMS,



ITPs and QA records Managing client communication and project reporting Assisting with procurement and contract requirements Supporting the continued development of PPT’s HSEQ and project management systems About you The successful candidate will ideally have: An engineering, construction or related technical background Previous experience within the drainage, wastewater, civil construction or utilities industry Demonstrated project planning and estimating experience Knowledge of HSE, quality assurance and auditing requirements Strong organisational and communication skills Experience working with Water Corporation and local government clients An understanding of Water Corporation procurement and contracting processes The ability to manage multiple projects and changing operational priorities Strong computer and document preparation skills Experience in pipe relining or trenchless rehabilitation, which is highly desirable Join a growing and well-established Western Australian contractor Work across varied drainage, wastewater and trenchless rehabilitation projects Be involved in projects for major government, utility and commercial clients Work directly with an experienced management and operations team Prospect to contribute to the ongoing development of the business We are also recruiting for a part-time Business Development Manager. For an exceptional candidate with suitable experience across both disciplines, there may be an opportunity to combine the two positions.
