About the Role The

Sales Operations Coordinator

supports the Sales Operations department by performing an array of tasks - Sales appointment scheduling, sale verification & installation booking and installation site information collection.

This role is a critical

quality-control and coordination link

between Sales, Customers, and our Installation teams.

Please note:

This role is based onsite,

12PM - 8PM

Monday -Friday

in our vibrant

Waterloo

office.

Manage and action appointment cancellations, reschedules, and queries received through various communication channels from Sales Managers, Specialists, and Lead Generators.

Ensure sales quality control via a live sale verification process prior to booking installations for customers.

Assist with preparation for installation delivery by obtaining site information from Energy Specialists or customers as needed.

Liaise with the Salesforce IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by our Energy Specialists.





Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Background in customer service, administration, or hospitality

Able to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Highly organised, adaptable, and solution-oriented

Skilled in handling change and resolving conflict calmly and professionally

Worked within Salesforce CRM (Big bonus!)
