What You’ll Bring We’re looking for people who bring warmth, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting others.

Must-Haves:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Blue Card (Working With Children Check)

Availability for a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week

Excellent communication skills and a qualified, caring approach

Cert III/IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, or similar

First Aid & CPR

Experience working with neurodivergent teens or young adults (ASD/ADHD)

Experience with community access or social programs
