About the role 360 Personnel is working closely with our client to find the right person to join their team at their Prestons office. They are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can make a long-term contribution to the business.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers with sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Prepare basic quotations and support the sales team with customer requests

Coordinate transport and distribution across Australia

Liaise with interstate branches to fulfil customer orders

Provide front-of-house support,



including greeting customers and handling incoming calls

Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of your role within the business

About you

Have a history of industrial sales or retail experience

Have a pleasant and skilled phone manner

A reasonable level of numeracy

Be able and willing to multi-task and work well under pressure

Have a current driver's license

Have a right to work in Australia

Experience with MYOB (essential)

Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook

Proven knowledge and experience of the racking and shelving industry is an advantage but not essential
