Please note you must have a current Forklift Licence for this position. About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Person to join a business in Bowral. This is a temporary to permanent full-time position, where you will start by learning the fundamentals of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and Pack Orders:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Freight Negotiation:

Engage with freight companies to negotiate rates and services.

Container Organisation:

Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of containers to ensure smooth operations.

General Warehouse Duties:

Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the efficiency and organisation of the warehouse.





Despatch Accuracy:

Ensure all orders are correctly packed and shipped to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

Logistics Background:

Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is essential.

Forklift Licence:

Must hold a valid forklift licence.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Career Growth:

Willingness to start from the ground up, with a solid desire to learn.
