Body Recon Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a skilled Skin/Beauty therapist with a passion for skin to join our Geelong- based, surgeon led clinic . This permanent part time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive medical environment alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial consultation, patient assessments and treatment plans.

Facial treatments includingfacials, skin

needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and chemical peels.

Laser therapies including laser hair removal and tattoo removal.

Have a broad knowledge of other services within the organisation and provide cross referrals to other disciplines when appropriate

Maintain a high standard of record keeping including photography, consultation, treatment notes and follow up with clients.

Ability to work in a team environment and perform basic reception and housekeeping duties.

Provide the best and most indulgent spa‑like service to every client.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

Must have previous experience in beauty/spa therapy as a facialist

Must love the relaxing and pampering component of skin therapy and be passionate about creating memorable experiences for every client.

Provide beautiful massages while delivering clinical treatments.

Friendly, professional and well presented

Outstanding customer service and the ability to create connections and grow clientele

Exceptional communication skills and phone manner

Must be fast learner

Reliable, hardworking & honest

Ability to use their own initiativeFlexible with availability, able to work a late night and cover leave
