We are a small, established local business seeking a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team on a part time basis, working approximately 18-24 hours per week.
The successful applicant must be a registered BAS Agent with a minimum of 5 years' experience using MYOB. You will be confident working independently and managing the day-to-day financial requirements of a small business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations
Payroll and superannuation
Financial reconciliations and administration
Month-end procedures and reporting
Maintaining accurate and confidential financial records
We are looking for someone who is:
An experienced bookkeeper,
assistant accountant or accountant
A registered BAS Agent
Highly experienced with MYOB (minimum 5 years)
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Experienced in the financial administration of a small business
