About the role: As a Sales Trainee, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department while developing your knowledge of equipment, customers, and the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with new and used equipment inventory management
Supporting sales administration and inventory-related activities
Working closely with the Parts and Service Departments to support sales operations
Assisting with yard organisation and equipment presentation
Providing administrative support to Territory Managers and Branch Management
Preparing preliminary equipment costings and sales documentation
Assisting customers and supporting dealership enquiries
Contributing to the overall success of the sales team
About you:
A positive attitude and strong desire to build a career in sales

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in agriculture, construction, automotive, retail, customer service, or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
