An opportunity has become available for a bubbly and

approachable Receptionist / Data Entry person

for immediate start in

Campbellfield.

This is a

day shift Mon - Fri 8:30 am -4:30 pm office-based role.

The role Primarily focused on reception and accurate data entry, your week includes.

Reception duties

- answering phones, ordering, bookings, and welcoming occasional visitors

General administration , including sorting, matching and filing paperwork.

Investigating and resolving queries and errors

Confident communicator

with phone manners and able to interact professionally with clients and colleagues

About you

Minimum





2-3 years' experience in a similar reception role.

Well-developed

verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to interact with employees and customers at all levels

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel

with positive

key board skills.

Strong attention to detail

& accuracy.

A team player who is adaptable

and willing to learn new skills

Excellent

organisational & time management skills,

with the ability to

prioritise & thrive under pressure

Have valid driver's license and own transport.
