As a Retail Assistant, you'll create exceptional customer experiences through personalised service and product knowledge, maintain a welcoming store workplace that has our customers coming back and drive retail sales of our second-hand products. Previous experience in customer service or within a retail environment is a bonus however, not essential; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment; Motivated to develop, with a desire to learn new skills and take on challenges; Enjoys variety, thriving in a role that keeps you on your toes; Confident communicator, comfortable starting conversations with customers; and Quick-thinking and adaptable, able to handle a variety of situations.
