YOMG is looking for energetic and friendly Front of House Team Members who enjoy working with people and creating a genuinely great guest experience.

You will be one of the first people our guests meet. From welcoming customers and taking accurate orders to preparing shakes and frozen yoghurt, you will help keep service moving and make sure every guest leaves with a positive impression of YOMG. No hospitality experience is essential—we will teach you the YOMG way.

What You Will Do

Welcome guests and provide friendly, confident and productive service.

Take accurate orders, process payments and help guests understand our menu and promotions.

Prepare and serve shakes, frozen yoghurt, drinks and other front of house products.

Keep guest, service and amenity areas clean, stocked and ready for trade.

Follow food safety, allergen, hygiene, cash handling and workplace safety procedures.





Work across different front of house stations and support the team during busy periods.
