Weighbridge Operator / Admin Assistant

for a quarrying site in Donnybrook VIC. The rate of pay is

$36.00 per hour (base rate) + Super & Overtime. This job is a casual position part-time position of up to 38 hrs a week. About you

Candidates must have at least

experience as a weighbridge Operator and admin assistant.

All candidates must have; White Cards, Drivers License and relevant qualifications for the position. What you get

Minimum 2 years experience in a weighbridge operator role Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Customer facing experience preferred Team player with an ability to follow instructions Ability to stand for long periods of time Well presented and punctual What you will be doing





Coordinate and carry out weighbridge office administration including receiving payments from customers, processing transactions, cash handling, maintaining a customer-based focus Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures Ensure accurate entry of data Maintain a strong customer service focus throughout all interactions with customers and visitors About us
