Demonstrated experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects. Demonstrated experience delivering ICT implementation projects in the Australian Public Service. Robust track record of managing full project lifecycle phases (requirements, design, data migration, UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live). Solid understanding of APS corporate processes (finance, HR, procurement) and ICT governance. Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including participation in steering committees and executive-level governance.
