We are looking for a highly capable Senior Duty/Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, guest-focused environment. This is a highly visible, hands-on, guest-facing role. You will lead from the floor, support and develop the front-of-house team, solve problems in the moment and help shape the service culture of a brand-current property. What you’ll bring

5+ years’ accommodation or hospitality experience, ideally in senior Duty Manager, Front Office, Guest Services or Rooms Division roles. Strong experience in an upscale, upper-upscale, luxury or serviced apartment environment. Exceptional guest service instincts, confidence and professional presence. Superior IT and systems capability.



Experience with Mews PMS is a strong advantage. A genuine appetite for innovation, new technology and smarter ways of working. Commercial awareness, strong organisation, sound judgement and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment. What you’ll own

Day-to-day front office and hotel operations. Guest experience, issue resolution, reservations and service delivery. Leadership, coaching and development of the front-of-house team. Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, building and corporate teams. Continuous improvement of systems, SOPs and operating standards.
