The Role: This

full-time or part-time opportunity

offers 30-38 hours per week with a flexible rotating roster:

Week 1:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Week 2:

Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm

As a Dispensary Technician, you will be an integral part of our pharmacy team, responsible for the accurate dispensing of medications and supporting various administrative tasks. Your role will involve close collaboration with pharmacists to ensure effective prescription preparation, stock management, and superior customer service. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key in maintaining TerryWhite Chemmart's standards.

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.

Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.

Manage inventory, including stock monitoring and ordering as needed.

Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.





Communicate effectively with customers regarding prescription processing and wait times.

Assist in promoting pharmacy services, including care clinic services and rewards programs.

About You:

Previous experience in a community pharmacy as a Dispensary Technician

Solid attention to detail, with a solid understanding of pharmacy processes and associated administrative tasks

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate effectively across various roles

Customer-focused approach, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care

Positive, proactive, and resourceful mindset

Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service

Experience in inventory management and a good understanding of pharmacy operations

Proficiency with Fred Dispense used for prescription processing and inventory management
